Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute precise job costing to allocate expenses to specific projects.
  • Monitor expenditures, budgets, and forecasts to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Track project profitability and address discrepancies between budgeted and actual costs.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors for accurate cost documentation.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to enhance cost control and project profitability.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in job costing within the construction industry.
  • Strong grasp of construction accounting principles and relevant software.
  • Ability to read blueprints is a plus.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
