We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the outpatient Nephrology department at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. As a Pediatric Nephrology Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the advancement of pediatric healthcare.

About the Role

This is a Monday-Friday position with varying shifts based on operational needs. As a competent to proficient practitioner of nursing, you will demonstrate clinical leadership skills through contribution to standards of care and division goals. Your expertise will serve as a role model for other staff members, and you will participate in endeavors to increase nursing knowledge.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Practicing at the level of a competent to proficient practitioner of nursing
  • Demonstrating clinical leadership skills through contribution to standards of care and division goals
  • Serving as a role model for other staff members and participating in endeavors to increase nursing knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of pediatric experience
  • A Technical Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Registration with the Pennsylvania State Licensing Board as a Registered Nurse or Nursing Temporary Practice Permit
  • Basic Life Support certification
Competitive Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
