Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our Domino's Franchise team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Support the management team in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor and inventory costs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or food service environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
