**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the Store Manager in managing all day-to-day store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.

  • Assume total responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  • Manage customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including counting and reconciling cash and inventory.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Manage store visual merchandising and display standards.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store operations plans.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
