Emergency Room Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team in a part-time, day shift role. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse and be eligible for our $5,000 sign-on bonus.
The Charles and Virginia Hickman Hospital is a state-of-the-art regional hospital that offers over 200,000 square feet of space and 58 acute care beds. Our campus features an organic farm with access to nutrition, education, and therapies, making us a community hub that touches residents of all ages and promotes a higher quality of life.
As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Room, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, participate in patient/family teaching, and communicate patient information in a complete and accurate manner while maintaining confidentiality. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving personal and professional learning and development through literature, seminars, workshops, and affiliations.
Requirements include a current State of Michigan license as a Registered Nurse, current BCLS, and ACLS certification within one year of hire. You will also be able to respond effectively and efficiently to critical situations involving patients, personnel, and visitors in a professional manner.
