Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team at ProMedica Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room setting, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, and make recommendations for improvements in patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
  • Maintain current licensure and certification, and participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing.
Requirements
  • Current State of Michigan license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current BCLS and ACLS certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to critical situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
