Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team at ProMedica Health System. Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Maintain current knowledge and skills in nursing practice, including staying up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • Current State of Michigan license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current BCLS certification.
  • ACLS certification required within one year of hire.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to critical situations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
