Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $141,440 - $176,800 per year, plus an additional bonus potential up to 18% of yearly salary for meeting performance targets.

Job Description
At Carbon Health, you will work alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering exceptional patient care experiences. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough history taking and physical examinations, crafting patient-centric treatment plans, and interpreting diagnostic results. You will also manage patient flow efficiently, review daily tasks, and provide oversight to medical assistants and support staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess a Medical/Master's degree, certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, and valid state licensure. Additionally, you should have experience in primary care or a similar setting, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and a strong commitment to continuing education and professional development.
