Job Summary:

The Resident Caregiver will provide personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment
  • Document resident care and services provided
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English in an understandable manner
  • Knowledge and experience in working with elderly; Previous dementia experience preferred
  • Certification required according to state regulations; Must successfully complete the required Springhouse's/Arden Courts' training
