Job Overview
The Premium Area Ambassador at TSG Developments Investments Inc. plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience in premium areas of the venue. This position is responsible for greeting guests, providing an exemplary first impression, and maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude throughout their shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage guests in a pleasant manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Direct guests to their ticketed table; walk VIP guests to their table when possible to provide personalized service.
  • Oversee setup procedures to ensure each table and chairs are clean, have the appropriate number of seats, and any collateral is placed on the table.
  • Report facility issues (broken tables, chairs, TVs) to the management team in a timely fashion to maintain a safe and functional environment.
  • Ensure guests are seated accurately and efficiently, and special requests or needs are accommodated where possible.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful as a Premium Area Ambassador, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and colleagues effectively. Additionally, you should have expert knowledge of the venue's locations to assist guests with directional and other questions. Physical abilities include being able to lift and carry 50 pounds, stand for entire shifts, walk up and down stairs, and walk long distances during your shift. Proficiency in learning and utilizing ticketing technology is also essential. A superior customer service and problem resolution ability is necessary to maintain a positive guest experience. Basic hygiene and sanitation understanding is also required.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
