Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our multi-disciplinary team, which includes BCBAs, Developmental Specialists, and Clinical Psychologists.

In this role, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus of $1,000.

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Be willing to travel between client locations (travel/mileage reimbursement provided).

This role involves implementing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism, under the direct supervision of a behavior analyst. At CTLC, we prioritize the needs of both our staff and the clients we serve, fostering a supportive and caring work environment.

This position is ideal for students and professionals seeking flexible work hours, with sessions primarily scheduled during mornings, afternoons, and early evenings.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a behavior specialist.
  • Conduct interventions in natural settings such as homes, schools, and community environments.
  • Facilitate the development of language, academic, self-help, play, and social skills.
  • Engage in parent training and encourage parental involvement.
  • Actively participate in staff training initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation of instructional materials.
  • Accurately document data and session notes.
  • Effectively manage and respond to challenging behaviors.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Experience in ABA therapy is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Traits such as flexibility, compassion, energy, and enthusiasm are essential.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality programming for children and families.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with prompt follow-up to inquiries from families and staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A valid driver's license and insured vehicle are required.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
