Position Overview:
The Supply Chain Operations Manager is tasked with directing and overseeing the organization’s comprehensive supply chain and logistics framework to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

This role is pivotal in fostering and sustaining strong partnerships with suppliers and distributors.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute the overarching supply chain strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service departments.
  • Establish critical supply chain performance indicators.
  • Propose enhancements for process optimization.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and deploy timely solutions.
  • Mentor and assess team members within the supply chain division.
  • Engage with finance, sales, and manufacturing teams to select optimal vendors and distributors.
  • Develop and nurture robust relationships with suppliers.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and integrate best practices.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to achieve quality, delivery, and cost targets.
  • Implement new or refined supply chain processes to boost efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or a related area; or 4 years of experience in the same fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in fleet management, dispatch, or network analysis.
  • Advanced degrees in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
  • Six Sigma certification.
