ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Associate to join our team at our McKenzie Ridge Secure Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF) in Junction City, Oregon.

Job Summary:

The Residential Associate will be a vital member of our direct care team, providing support and care to adults with serious mental illness. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services and promoting the well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for clients
  • Perform housekeeping and meal preparation duties
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds
What We Offer:
  • A competitive starting wage of $22.00 per hour
  • A $2.50 per hour night shift differential
  • A 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates
