Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate job cost reports, including budgets, forecasts, and spend analysis.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, optimize costs, and improve project efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance on cost engineering best practices and industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in cost engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
