Pacific Companies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Physician Specialist to join our team at our 49-bed hospital, a Level III trauma center located in Fort Kent, Maine.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Physiatrist with a Maine or IMLC License to provide coverage for our current provider. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with minimal call requirements.

About the Position

This is a locum or permanent position, offering a flexible duration of 3-6 months, with the option to extend. The ideal candidate will have experience in rounding and clinic settings, with a focus on medication management and limited psychotherapy. They will work closely with our existing Psych, Social Worker, and LCSW team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rounding in the morning and clinic after rounds
  • Medication management and limited psychotherapy
