We are seeking a Senior Care Supervisor to join our team at Triple Creek Retirement Community in Colerain Township, Ohio. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the nursing services department on weekends.

Job Summary

The Senior Care Supervisor will assist the Director of Health Services and Assistant Director of Health Services in coordinating nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care. This role requires strong leadership and supervisory skills, as well as the ability to make independent decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing methods for coordination of nursing services with other resident services.
  • Makes written and oral reports/recommendations to the ADHS/DHS concerning the operation of the nursing service department.
  • Completes nursing admission assessment and baseline care planning for new admissions.
  • Ensures appropriate daily skilled documentation is assigned and completed accurately.
  • Supervises and oversees all resident care according to assessed resident status and established plan of care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current, valid state LPN/RN license.
  • Current, valid CPR certification.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • The ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
  • Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
Working Conditions

This role requires working weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) with 12-hour shifts from 8am-8:30pm, 9am-9:30pm, or 10am-10:30pm. You will also be required to work independently and make decisions without direct supervision.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
