GENERAL SUMMARY:
As a Parking Facility Supervisor, you will be instrumental in overseeing the efficient management of parking operations. Your responsibilities will include:

1. **Monitoring Parking Areas:** Ensure that all parking zones are properly utilized and maintained.
2. **Customer Assistance:** Provide excellent service to visitors and patrons, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
3. **Traffic Management:** Assist in directing traffic flow to optimize parking availability and safety.
4. **Reporting Issues:** Document and report any maintenance or operational issues to the management team.
5. **Collaboration:** Work closely with the General Manager and other staff to enhance the overall parking experience.
