About the Job

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at IntelyCare in Concord, MA. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in post-acute facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including measuring and monitoring vital signs, reporting to your supervisor as necessary
  • Observe residents' conditions during your shift and report any concerns to the broader nursing team
  • Serve meals to residents and assist with feeding as needed
  • Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
  • Clean and sanitize surfaces, keep residents' rooms clean, change linens, and maintain a hygienic environment
  • Communicate with medical staff, residents, and visitors
  • Move residents in and out of wheelchairs and beds, and reposition them as needed
  • Offer a compassionate ear to residents and provide companionship
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
  • Effective organizational skills and communication skills
  • Appropriate bedside manner
