Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee the implementation, coordination, and management of our customer-focused programs and initiatives to ensure our strategies are driving customer base growth and recommitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a program governance framework that ensures the effective and efficient management of customer-focused programs and business objectives.
  • Manage program budgets and resources to ensure optimal allocation and utilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams/VPs to ensure alignment of customer-focused programs with overall business objectives across multiple customer touchpoints and channels.
  • Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization to drive truly contextual, omni-channel experiences for our existing customers.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, technology, and developments in customer engagement and marketing and lead a team of program managers and analysts, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • More than 10 years in marketing and customer engagement, with a consistent track record of implementing successful customer-focused programs and initiatives.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Business Operations.
  • Strong understanding of program management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing budgets and resources.
  • Experience managing and developing teams.
