- Assist in managing the broader IT Project Portfolio.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to prevent staff resource over-allocation.

Qualifications:
This role requires a technical project manager who will provide oversight and leadership for assigned IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of Business Analysis and Project Management skills to effectively implement technology solutions. You will be the project lead for designated projects and should be comfortable collaborating with a diverse array of technology and business professionals.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing substantial IT projects using tools such as Microsoft Project, Project for the Web, SmartSheet, or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience in developing workflow diagrams, business process diagrams, and swim-lane diagrams.
- Minimum 3 years of experience creating Requirements Traceability Matrix documents, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs).
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst is preferred.
- Experience with Lending and Finance-related projects is a plus.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level technologies utilized in large organizations, including CRM and ERP systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce capabilities related to CRM and custom workflow automation.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and communicate complex concepts to varied audiences.
- Solid grasp of business processes.
- Highly self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to proactively address departmental demands.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify optimal solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service abilities.
- Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to work remotely or in an office setting if preferred.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary range of $100,000-$110,000, commensurate with experience and location, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
