Empowering Success in Grounds Maintenance

At Doosan Bobcat NA US, we're committed to empowering people to accomplish more. As a District Sales Manager, you'll play a crucial role in developing and managing an independent dealer distribution network to drive sales and market share of our grounds maintenance equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a dealer organization that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers and communicate their needs to our organization.
  • Protect and manage financial resources while attaining market share goals.
  • Market and sell our products to drive branding and sales.
  • Respond to customer and dealer requests.
  • Develop annual district and dealer strategies.

Dealer Communication and Accountability

  • Drive dealer performance through quarterly Sales/Action Plan meetings.
  • Present market share data and competitive trends.
  • Review sales data and dealer action plans with dealer principals.
  • Implement Action Plan items effectively.

Dealer Training

  • Conduct dealer training and promotion.
  • Facilitate district sales training schools for new products and competitive information.
  • Ride with new sales specialists to orient them to our company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; applicable industry experience considered.
  • 2-5+ years of experience required.
  • Commercial marketing experience in grounds maintenance equipment.
  • Territory management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
  • Strong performer with high drive.
  • Ability to make sound, timely decisions.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and priority focus.
  • Travel required: 75%.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
