Job Title: Inventory Control Lead

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Lead to join our team at Goodwill TalentBridge. As an Inventory Control Lead, you will be responsible for managing inventory, including supplies, materials, customer stock, and on-site manufactured goods, while leading a small workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify quantities, conditions, and part numbers through cycle counts and audits
  • Replenish and set up inventory locations
  • Complete all related paperwork
  • Plan and schedule personnel and equipment efficiently
  • Ensure cycle count targets are met
  • Oversee inventory control workflows to guarantee accurate and timely deliverables
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Previous inventory control experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Well-organized and able to communicate effectively with various departments
  • Ability to work outside normal working hours to accommodate production needs
  • Computer experience (Google Mail, Google Sheets, Inventory systems)

Work Environment:

The role involves extended periods of standing or walking, working in moderate to loud noise environments in print and warehouse areas, exposure to temperature variations between work areas, and the need to move or lift materials weighing up to 70 pounds.
