Job Overview

Sterling Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Equipment Supervisor to oversee the repair and maintenance of our fleet consisting of heavy duty pickup trucks, dump trucks, semi tractors, as well as construction equipment.

The ideal candidate will have previous mechanic leadership experience and strong troubleshooting skills.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Manage the repair and maintenance of heavy duty trucks, semi tractors and construction equipment
  • Perform DOT inspections
Qualifications
  • Previous mechanic leadership experience
  • Knowledge of shop equipment
  • Strong mechanic aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Class A CDL is a plus but not required
