Property Damage Restoration Specialist

SERVPRO of Kosciusko and Noble Counties is seeking a skilled Property Damage Restoration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our restoration crew, you will play a vital role in helping property owners recover from unexpected events such as water damage, fire damage, and other disasters.
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per yearKey Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage, and other types of property damage.
- Evaluate and perform restoration activities, including water extraction, fire damage restoration, setup of specialty equipment, and demolition.
- Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and necessary supplies for each project.
- Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.
- Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.
- IICRC certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
