Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and empathetic Skilled Nursing Aide to join our team. As a Skilled Nursing Aide, you will work closely with our residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to residents, including medication administration, vital signs, and wound care.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing to resident care plans and goals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, addressing concerns and issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or memory care preferred.
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required.
