About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused C-Store Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Holiday Oil. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all our customers, and contributing to the overall sales goals of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, welcoming customers with a warm smile and assisting them in finding the products they need.
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked, ensuring that customers have access to the products they love.
  • Restock shelves, tidy up aisles, and maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.
  • Assist customers with questions about products, provide helpful guidance, and ensure they leave the store satisfied.
  • Stay informed about current promotions and sales, offering recommendations that align with customer needs and contributing to the overall sales goals of the team.

Requirements:

  • Some experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but we are also open to those who are eager to learn and grow in this role.
  • Basic math and computer skills are essential, as you'll be managing cash and using our point-of-sale system.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial, as is flexibility in your schedule.
  • We require availability on weekends and in the evenings, as these are our busiest times.
  • You must be at least 16 years old and capable of working in various environmental conditions.
