Child Mental Health Specialist

Job Summary

This role provides comprehensive mental health services to children and their families, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of emotional and behavioral issues. The specialist will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, ensuring seamless coordination of care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to children and adolescents
  • Collaborate with school staff to provide consultation and support services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and service providers
  • Document all client interactions and progress in electronic health records

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, along with one year of experience working with children and families. Bilingual skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite are highly desirable.
