Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to join our legal team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the legal affairs of our company and its subsidiaries worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and negotiate contracts, addressing employment issues and reviewing foreign employment/contractor agreements.
  • Handle advertising issues from a legal perspective and respond to requests for legal assistance from various company departments and staff.
  • Maximize revenue while minimizing legal and business risk.
  • Research and anticipate legal risks, guiding managers and ensuring compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate with and oversee the work of outside counsel.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution and licensed to practice law in the state.
  • 8 years minimum experience in advertising law, brand ambassador marketing contracts, employment law, trademark law, and liquor licensing.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management, manage priorities, and workflow within multiple projects.
