At Professional Case Management, we are dedicated to providing exceptional in-home healthcare services to our clients. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients.

The ideal candidate will have a valid LPN license, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety and care. Experience in an acute care setting is preferred, but not required. We also welcome new graduate nurses who are eager to learn and grow.
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as a Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Our competitive hourly rate ranges from $30.00 to $32.50 per hour.
