Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Global Intelligence Logistics (GIL) Software Support Team (SST) operating within a sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF), providing support to the INSCOM G4 logistical community and personnel across the contract.
  • Ensure timely delivery of SST project outcomes, adhere to project timelines, and manage the execution of SST software solutions.
  • Collaborate with national-level agencies and Materiel Developers to integrate software and technical solutions for intelligence community customers, evolving software capabilities across various intelligence disciplines.
  • Act as the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM), responsible for:
  • Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive information security program, including a System Security Plan (SSP) and user guidelines.
  • Supervising Information Systems Security Officers (ISSOs) to ensure adherence to established security policies and procedures.
  • Reviewing and reporting on SST-related documentation from Materiel Developers and other sources.
  • Providing lifecycle support for mission system software, including configuration management, training, and integration of DoD enterprise software, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
  • Conducting troubleshooting for SST services, configurations, user accounts, and security-related issues.
  • Maintaining SST baselines for all supported systems, managing software licenses, warranty tracking, and making upgrade recommendations.
  • Developing and implementing effective management controls and access features based on functional areas.
  • Ensuring SST revisions are compatible with geospatial applications and mapping features.
  • Configuring devices for secure operations, including updates and security software installations.
  • Monitoring contract configuration assessments, testing, modernization, and disposal of sensitive equipment.
  • Providing virtual assistance through collaboration tools.
  • Delivering on-site support for network operations, desktop management, and maintenance of hardware and software infrastructure.
  • Preparing necessary property accountability and transportation documentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business Management with eight years of relevant experience, or an Associate Degree with five years of experience, or eight years of military training in MI Systems Integration.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience in maintenance and integration of multiple systems, including GRCS, EMARSS, TDCL, and various intelligence support systems.
  • Possession of IAT Tier I and II certifications as required, with potential for Tier III certification based on job functions.
  • U.S. Citizenship with a Final Top-Secret Clearance based on a TIER 5 Background Investigation and eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
