We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Build Engineer to join our team at A-Line Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving out automation capabilities for the full life cycle of infrastructure technologies hosted in the private and public cloud spaces.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Developing automation capabilities utilizing Ansible, Python, and Gitlab tools to help drive out updates to the internal build portal.
  • Participating in proof of concepts to assist in defining technology direction and enabling business strategy.
  • Automation of operational tasks, including identifying and contributing to automation activities, implementing automation that will support regular operational activities, patching, health checks, application operational tasks, etc.
  • Enhancing the Private Cloud infrastructure to establish self-service capabilities through automation to application teams and owners.
  • Developing and maintaining certified EC2 AMIs for the enterprise.
  • Assisting in developing the roadmap for EC2 AMIs that application teams can utilize.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or 3+ years in a technical role or equivalent 3+ Years Linux, Windows, Networking, and/or Storage expert.
  • Hands-on experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon AWS Cloud products Strong DevOps/CI/CD process architecture/engineering.
  • Engineering and architecting enterprise-grade solutions for hardware and Software issues.
  • Familiar with database, middleware technologies Network familiarity as well as general application delivery and routing concepts.
  • Strong understanding of load balancing, DNS, and networking expertise. Red Hat, AWS, Azure, Google, or IBM Cloud Certified Architect certification.
  • Build and development technologies like Maven and Jenkins. Automation and management technologies like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible by Red Hat.
  • Version control technologies like Bitbucket and Git (GitHub or GitLab). Monitoring (APM) technologies such as AppDynamics, New Relic, or Dynatrace.
