Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager for Advanced Automation Solutions to join our team at Comau. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the segment strategy for logistic automation, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and managing product/solution margins and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the segment strategy for logistic automation
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer demand and competition
  • Translate customer needs into product requirements
  • Monitor product/solution delivery and aim to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Perform business development activities related to logistic, warehouse, and fulfillment automation
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of warehousing automation field
  • Product Manager skills, including marketing strategy, communication, budgeting, forecasting, and financial essentials
  • Knowledge of software and hardware logistic automation equipment and tools
  • Exceptional written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the industry as a Solution Manager/Program Manager/Product Manager
  • Experience in the planning, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of customer fulfillment centers warehouses
Language

Fluency in English is required, and a second language is considered a plus.
