We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to conduct comprehensive health assessments in the home setting. This is a PRN/Part Time opportunity that requires flexibility and a willingness to travel to various locations. Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
  • Current RN and NP/PA licensure in the state of practice
  • Board certification in a Matrix-approved specialty
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR software
