Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with customers to recommend suitable products and services.
  • Assess customer requirements and instill confidence in buyers by delivering comprehensive and precise information regarding our offerings and pricing.
  • Identify and cultivate key referral sources to expand your network.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate sales proposals that facilitate a smooth transition to the installation team.
  • Advocate for our company, products, and accessories whenever feasible.
  • Ensure all scheduled tasks are completed to the customer's satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience and product expertise related to the installation, servicing, and repair of commercial door and dock systems.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and objectives simultaneously.
  • Proficient in handling challenging situations with diplomacy, sensitivity, and composure.
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with door systems to meet business goals effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in sales performance.
  • Financial literacy, including the capability to assess job profitability.
  • Proficient in IT, with experience in Microsoft Office and contemporary sales applications.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Effective presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and the ability to discuss company product lines.

Compensation: This position operates on a commission-only basis, with a weekly guarantee provided during the training phase. The earning potential is unlimited, allowing for significant financial rewards based on performance.
