Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team. As a Licensed Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing compassionate and effective care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with patients of various ages and backgrounds.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' mental health needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.
- Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).
- Current licensure as a therapist in one or more US states.
- Experience working with adult, child, and adolescent populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
