Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview, hire, train, and orientate a team of employees
  • Oversee and enforce proper standards and procedures to ensure high-quality food and excellent customer service
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction by ensuring a clean, friendly, and welcoming environment
  • Manage inventory, cash, and other financial aspects of the restaurant
  • Create schedules for employees and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Perform opening, closing, and additional administrative duties as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience
  • QSR or fast-casual experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Desire to learn and willingness to accept feedback
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and lift pounds
  • Physical mobility, including bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying
  • Long periods of standing, including evenings and weekends
