Job Title: Lead Electrical Systems Engineer Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team at GE Aerospace. As a key member of our electrical systems team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing next-generation electrical systems for advanced combat engines. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement electrical systems designs that meet customer requirements for performance and integration * Manage individual projects, including creating and updating proposal documents, leading design reviews, and reviewing technical data * Usher critical technology through the full design process from concept to production * Verify and document electrical components from suppliers meet customer requirements for performance and integration * Integrate complex sensing systems architecture into turbomachinery Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college * Minimum of 3 years' experience in design engineering Desired Characteristics: * Strong oral and written communication skills * Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems * Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs * Established project management skills * Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance Additional Information: GE Aerospace is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
