Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our site operations in Atlanta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all job site operations, ensuring work quality and on-time delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish project plan and maintain weekly progress and pulse of project
  • Manage and coordinate all job site operations
  • Manage labor and subcontractors to ensure work quality and on-time delivery of services
  • Maintain positive relationship with Owners, Design Consultants, and PM's
  • Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure compliance
  • Strictly enforce Safety Program and manage the Quality Control Program
  • Prepare and maintain detailed short-term schedules
  • Manage accurate invoice payment process and financial management of the project costs
  • Resolve day to day field issues
  • Prepare daily reports with all manpower and significant activities
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience working in the construction industry as a Superintendent
  • Commercial construction experience preferred
  • All projects local to Atlanta
  • Experience with interior/renovation projects required
  • Project experience should include MOB, Retail, Municipal and/or Multifamily
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations preferred
  • Knowledge in Construction Management or related field, preferred
What's on Offer

Base salary: $105,000 - $115,000 + full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, etc. (Package is negotiable subject to experience)
