Role Responsibilities:

The Manufacturing Team Leader will be accountable for orchestrating production schedules, collecting job-related data, facilitating sales and production inquiries, ensuring the availability of materials, maintaining efficient organization and workflow, resolving operational challenges, collaborating with production leadership, participating in meetings, and assisting with workforce requirements. Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree, over three years of pertinent experience, strong analytical abilities, and familiarity with MRP and production management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.

Key Duties Include:

  • Plan production schedules utilizing back-order reports
  • Collect job data through MRP and production management software
  • Assist with sales and production inquiries
  • Guarantee the department has all necessary materials
  • Maintain a well-organized workflow
  • Investigate and address material, hardware, and supplier challenges
  • Work in conjunction with production management
  • Participate in relevant meetings
  • Support labor requirements and oversee team members
