- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with patients and their families to ensure understanding and adherence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide seamless care transitions and ensure continuity of patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and advance the field of hospital medicine.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as nursing or a related healthcare discipline.
- Valid State of Florida APRN License, with DEA License if required by the department.
- Current and valid ACLS and BLS Certification from an American Heart Association-approved vendor.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospital medicine or a related field.
