  • Supervise operational areas to ensure high production efficiencies and smooth material flow.
  • Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and quality-related policies.
  • Provide direction to maintenance resources for reliable operations.
  • Maintain product quality while meeting production and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate production requirements with other departments.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and increase production efficiency.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and plant rules.
  • Assist in employee development, including motivation, training, and discipline.
  • Provide input on timekeeping, attendance, employment decisions, and performance reviews.
  • Support a positive work environment.

Must be able to work a 12-hour night shift.
