**Job Description**

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with MDM tools and technologies.

The successful candidate will lead the analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of complex application enhancements within a Talend environment, providing general production support and meeting defined scope and target dates with minimal or no defects.

Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging developments/trends for assigned areas of responsibility, assessing their impact, and collaborating with senior management to incorporate current trends and developments in current and future solutions.

Directs and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned areas of responsibility.

Effectively communicates with team members, customers, partners, and management, including assisting with or conducting more complex technical walkthroughs, reporting project status, enabling vendor solutions, and providing accurate and concise documentation.

Identifies and directs the implementation of process improvements that significantly improve quality across the team, department, and/or business unit for their assigned areas of responsibility.

Mentors and provides direction on complex assignments, projects, and/or initiatives to build and enhance the capability of their assigned areas of responsibility, adhering to project schedule, technical direction, and application development standards.

Serves as a subject matter expert and/or provides direction on the design & development of applications systems while demonstrating an understanding of the broad implications & financial impacts of proposed solutions on operational & infrastructure support.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in application development that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities of this position.
  • Technically proficient in the following languages/frameworks, application platforms, and developer tools (5+ years of experience): Amazon Web Services (EMR, EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, Lambda, CloudWatch, Secret Manager, IAM, S3, RDS, EMR), SQL query building/relation database, Unix shell scripting, Hadoop HDFS, Rest API, Java.

**Salary:** $90,300 - $164,700

This salary range is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.
