As a Sales Manager at Warren Henry Automotive Group, you will be responsible for directing the sales activities of the dealership. This includes hiring, training, and motivating salespeople, as well as establishing annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, and operating profit.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Leadership: Direct sales staffing and training to enhance the development and control of sales programs.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor salesperson productivity and performance, and analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Inventory Management: Order and acquire new- and used-vehicle inventory, and administer and monitor factory-sponsored programs.
- Market Analysis: Review market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs and volume potential, and develop sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership.
- Team Collaboration: Serve as liaison between the sales department and other departments, and maintain a professional appearance.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of previous sales experience at a high-volume store.
- Skills: Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), ability to multitask and communicate effectively, and comfort with ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
