Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Mary and Elizabeth Hospital. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct respiratory assessments and develop treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and other respiratory treatments as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements:
Active license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner from the Kentucky Board of Respiratory Care (KBRC)
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification
American Heart Association Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
