Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with a focus on IT Service Management to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript and Web Services.
  • Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows.
  • Configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls.
  • Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems/applications via APIs.
  • Provide input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation.
  • Prepare reports on analyses.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with a focus on IT Service Management.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize requirements for process and ServiceNow enhancements.
  • Experience defining and documenting governance processes and procedures.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS) are required.
