Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Services Compliance Assistant. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for auditing patient/resident files for compliance on all campuses and completing weekly tracers for each unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit patient/resident files for compliance on all campuses
- Complete weekly tracers for each unit
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all job duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and requirements
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in State of Montana for Long Term Care Facilities
- Current BLS Certification and maintain per policy
