Service Response Specialist

Benefis Health System is seeking a skilled and compassionate Service Response Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective ambulation, transfer, and lift services for patients
- Transport patient care items and equipment as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
- Document care according to hospital policy and procedure
- Current Nursing Assistant, EMT-Basic, or Surgical Tech Certification in the State of Montana
- Prior CNA/EMT experience preferred
- Current BLS certification by American Heart Association (able to acquire upon hiring)
- Current/Valid driver's license preferred
