- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to maintain expertise in Workers' Compensation claims handling.
- 4-year college degree or 3+ years of corporate office experience.
- Excellent customer service skills, collaboration, dedication, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
