At the Justice Resource Institute, our Community Service Agencies are committed to delivering high-quality wraparound services for youth under 21 years old who face serious emotional challenges and require multiple support systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Care Planning Teams and coordinate a variety of services for MassHealth-enrolled youth with significant emotional and behavioral health needs.
  • Serve as a liaison among individuals, partnering organizations, and supportive services to oversee the care of youth.
  • Identify and assist families in accessing essential services and natural supports for both youth and families.
  • Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed, wraparound services that prioritize the needs of the youth.
  • Being bilingual in Spanish is essential for this role, and we offer a financial incentive for candidates who are proficient in additional languages.

Qualifications:
