As a Bilingual Intensive Care Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to express your dedication to assisting others by guiding our clients toward their aspirations. At the Justice Resource Institute, our Community Service Agencies are committed to delivering high-quality wraparound services for youth under 21 years old who face serious emotional challenges and require multiple support systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Care Planning Teams and coordinate a variety of services for MassHealth-enrolled youth with significant emotional and behavioral health needs.
- Serve as a liaison among individuals, partnering organizations, and supportive services to oversee the care of youth.
- Identify and assist families in accessing essential services and natural supports for both youth and families.
- Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed, wraparound services that prioritize the needs of the youth.
- Being bilingual in Spanish is essential for this role, and we offer a financial incentive for candidates who are proficient in additional languages.
