We are seeking two meticulous and experienced individuals to join our team as Case Managers in the Personal Injury Department. Previous experience in a law firm as a Case Manager or Paralegal is necessary. The ideal candidates will be outgoing, capable of working effectively under pressure, possess strong attention to detail, exhibit a sense of focus allowing for task prioritization, and have excellent communication skills. Familiarity with legal, insurance, and medical terminology is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage personal injury cases from start to finish;
  • Initiate claims and draft letters of representation;
  • Secure medical records and regularly communicate with clients;
  • Perform data entry duties, such as updating client details and documenting medical procedures;
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and preserve client privacy and confidentiality;
  • Keep client files well-organized and current with all relevant documents, communications, and liens as per established protocols;
  • Examine PIP Logs, Medical Records, and Bills for accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality;
  • Compile demand packages for attorney review;
  • Prepare waivers and reductions;
  • Compile closing statements.
